Terri Levinsohn, RDN, LD
Hi! I'm Terri Levinsohn, a registered dietitian who brings compassion, energy, and authenticity to every session.

I'm passionate about helping individuals find peace with food -- whether through eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, or fueling for strength, healing, and performance. I work with teens, families, and adults, offering a safe space for growth and connection.

My approach is rooted in mindfulness, kindness, and the belief that each person's journey is unique.

I value the meaningful relationships I build with clients and strive to help them reconnect with their authentic self. I'm passionate about guiding people away from diet culture and toward a sustainable, nourishing way of eating that supports their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Professional Background

I earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and completed my accredited dietetic internship at Georgia State University. I began my career at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta before moving to Toronto, Canada, where I played a key role in developing the nutrition component of North York General Hospital’s Eating Disorder Program.

After a decade at North York General Hospital, I returned to the U.S. to join Walden Behavioral Care (formerly the Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders) before founding TLC Nutrition Consulting in 2018. I have extensive experience providing nutrition care across all levels of treatment, including residential, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). I also work collaboratively with families using the Family-Based Treatment (FBT) model.
